As a first-time homebuyer, I came in with little knowledge of the process, and Kalav went above and beyond to make herself available to answer my endless amount of questions and to provide much reassurance throughout what can be a very daunting experience. After meeting with several other brokers, I chose Kalav because she was patient and supportive and did not push me to make a decision I was not 100% comfortable with, or bombard me with 100s of listings that were not relevant to my search (something I encountered with the other brokers!). Kalav caters her approach to each of her clients individually, understanding that each client has different needs and ways of navigating the homebuying process.
