We cannot recommend Kalav enough. If not for her, we wouldn't have our incredible apartment at full stop. My wife and I were on the fence about whether to buy vs. continue to rent. Kalav respected this, was never pushy, and was a great coach at every step of the way. When we saw a great place slightly above our budget, she helped negotiate it down to a great deal, all while respecting our comfort level. Then, when we entered into the contract, everyone she recommended such as lawyers, bankers, etc. She was super competent and professional. Throughout Kalav was tireless, highly responsive, a great listener, and a consummate professional. We'll definitely work with her again.
