Meet Our Team

Kalav Mistry
Kalav bought her first property when she was 18 years old, and it was this initial spark that ignited her passion for real estate. Since then, she has bought and renovated two more properties in her hometown of Leicester, England, where she began assisting her friends and family with their own real estate ventures.
Before embarking on a real estate career full-time, Kalav spent three decades working for local government. Seventeen of those years were spent as a social worker and diversity trainer, which taught her the listening and communication skills needed to be a strong and successful advocate for her clients. Kalav knows how to fight for her clients.
After joining Elegran in 2018, Kalav quickly rose to become one of the most successful agents at Elegran. Her sales volume currently stands at approximately $50 million. Kalav's expert knowledge of the NYC real estate market, combined with her personable nature and dedication to her clients' best interests, has allowed her to easily match her clients to the right home. She's enthusiastic about every part of the city, from its people and architecture to its beautiful neighborhoods, and sharing her love of NYC with her clients gives Kalav great joy.
Kalav is a resident of Hell's Kitchen and a proud member of The Whitby Community and Congregation Beit Simchat Torah. In her free time, she enjoys seeing a play or musical, working out at the gym, and going on long walks with her partner.
